Delivering Audio for Transcription

For Digital Files
Digital audio files of all kinds of format can be uploaded directly through our website using one of the following methods. However, it is first necessary to create an account with us before you can begin uploading the files.
Uploading
1. Login using your username and password and go to the client area
2. Choose the upload files option and select Easy Upload method
3. Fill out relevant details and confirm the order
FTP
This method is recommended only if the audio files are too large or for some reason
the Easy Upload method is not working
1. In the client area, chose the Upload files option and then select the FTP Signup
2. Once you have created an FTP account, you will have to download the provided FTP management software.
3. Using the FTP management software, once you have uploaded all the audio files,
intimate us through email, fax or call. We will take it from there.
Important - Please do not email audio files to email addresses of our company. Our servers will treat large audio files and spam and your order will not be processed. Use FTP or Easy Upload options only.

Audio Tapes, CDs, DVDs, Video Cassettes
While mailing audio in form of media devices, ensure that a submission form is
enclosed along with the order. Failing to do so will prolong the turnaround time. You can mail the audio material and fax the submission form to us.
